Works For Me

I have been wanting to play along with "Works For Me Wednesday" for awhile now. So here is my first post.

This knife is a must have in my kitchen

Not only does it do it's job of mincing things like herbs, spices, and veggies, it also is great for other things. It is a super fast tool and I wouldn't be able to function without it. It cuts spaghetti for Zachary. It cuts the crust off bread in no time flat. It cuts meat, veggies, or anything else into bit size pieces. I use it to cut up my Hot Pockets, my little pizzas, my cookie dough, my sandwiches in half, the list goes on and on. I took this picture from William Sonoma who really likes theirs, but I know there are cheaper versions out there. Go
