Menu Plan Monday

Last week went great with my plan. We did not eat out until Sunday evening! This is huge for us. Making things ahead of time to pop in the oven was such a great plan. The only thing is finding the time to do it on the weekend.

Review of the menu:
Monday: Brown sugar chicken
Zachary loved it. Gary and I liked it ok. The chicken was super juicy and the outside had a great flavor. I doubled the recipe of sauce and maybe I shouldn't have because it was super watery to put over the rice. I will make it again and try for a thicker sauce.

Tuesday: Pizza Pasta Casserole
Ehh...not my favorite. Gary and Zachary liked it ok. I may have to tweak it because it was super super easy.

Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas
One word - Yummy! Gary requested less chili next time and I may try sour cream inside.

We didn't get to the White Chili or the tacos again. We had leftovers which is great by me. I may have to start planning a night of leftovers.

So here we go for this week
I am going with old stand-bys this week because I am feeling a little like I shouldn't have had that burger yesterday. No, no, no it can't be the flu...please God...don't be the flu.

Monday: Pizza
Tuesday: Sloppy Joes
Wednesday: Tacos
Thursday: White Chili
Friday: Breakfast for Dinner - Omelets

Grocery Savings

I haven't gone grocery shopping. I started pulling pictures out to scan for Facebook and it totally consumed my day yesterday, so I will go tonight hopefully. We also started turning the Dining Room into a playroom. And here's why...

Yes, this is our living room. ::sigh::

Sara

P.S.
I didn't realize how little I drink throughout the day until I forced myself to have a measly 2 glasses of water a day, never mind the other 6 my body needs to function properly.

Just so you know...

It's 6.

6 years old.

That's the age when...

~he no longer wants to hold my hand in public

~he shuts the door to go to the bathroom

~the notes I put in his lunchbox embarrass him more than make him feel special

~my kisses in front of his friends make him say "Oh mom"

~my baby's not my baby anymore

Brag About Friday

Yes, I am here to brag again.

I am working on getting a button for "Brag About Fridays" then you can all join me in bragging about anything you want; your kids, your housework, your shopping finds, your diet, the fact you got out of bed this morning! Everything is worth a brag. I might even put up a Mr. Linky if I have enough people who want to join in.

I am also working on a "Purse Dump" button cuz can't we all use a good purse dump some days?

So here we go...

Abby rolled from her back to her front yesterday!! Yay, Abby! She sleeps on her side now and I don't think it will be too much longer before she is sleeping on her tummy with her little butt in the air. I LOVE little butts in the air! She is feeling much better, but her teeth are sore sore. I can feel them working their way through. And she just chews and chews on anything, but especially her little hands. She blows raspberries all the time and just talks and coos and screeches when she watches us. And her hair if finally growing a bit on top.

Olivia wants to stand up! When she is laying down and I pull her little hands, she straightens her little legs and stands right up. She arches her back when we come to her to be picked up. She wants to see the world and doesn't really like to lay down anymore to play. She lifts up her head and tries her hardest to sit up on her own. Her teeth are also sore but still have aways to go until they come in. She has started playing on her own for more than 5 minutes!! This is a huge step for her since she is so needy. Her hair is also getting thicker and thicker on top.

Now for Zachary

He dug into his watermelon last night.

And he ate.it.all!

He is feeling so much better. He is bouncing off the walls. And pretty much driving us crazy.

Do you have something to brag about? Blog about it, then let me know so I can read along.

Think Thin Thursdays

Ok...no more excuses. I am joining Bridgette over at The Not-So-Blog blog. She is hosting a weight loss challenge. Every week we blog about our goal for the week. Then if we actually meet the goal then we are entered into a prize drawing. How is that for motivation? We also have a task for the week. Click on the button above to see official rules and join in the fun!

My goal for the week:
Drink at least 2 glasses of water a day

I have to start out slow so I can feel successful. I can't very well start out by saying I will losing 5 pounds by next week or I will exercise every day or some crazy thing like that. I used to run 5 miles on my Elliptical, but I am a far cry from that goal.

Your task for this week is:
"Instead of giving myself reasons why I can't, I give myself reasons why I can."
~Author Unknown

What are your reasons??

1. Because I love myself enough to get myself back into shape.
2. Because I can flippin' walk to the kitchen and fill up a glass 2 times a day.
2. Because I want to look into the mirror and see the person I feel like inside.

Do you ever feel like you look a certain way, then see a picture of yourself and think
"Holy crap, do I really look like that all the time?" Kind of like the opposite of Anorexia? You feel smaller than you really are. This is how I feel. I think I am doing really good and I am feeling good about myself, then I catch myself in a store mirror or see myself in a picture and want to run and hide. I know, I know, it has only been 4 months. It took 9 months to put on so it will take time to come off. Yeah, yeah...I hear you. But the fact of the matter is I have lost all the weight I gained with the pregnancy and still I am a long way from where I want to be. I have to start somewhere.

My ultimate goal is to get back to the weight or size I was when Gary and I started dating.

This is not unrealistic. It is about 45 pounds. I know I will probably never again weigh 127 and be a size 6...

But that's ok. Since I had to go through a tragic divorce to get that way, I will skip it thank you very much. I need to find a picture of me at my lowest weight and post it just for the fun of it.
In the one above I was about 135 I think.

So who's with me??

Slumber

I have been asleep for 5 hours. 5!! Gary is home today and I begged him to let me sleep for an hour. I begged needlessly. It wasn't like he was going to stop me. I just wanted him to know the severity of my need.for.sleep. He got it. He brought me Olivia after a few of hours and she slept for another 2 hours with me. She needed that as much as I did. She is not a good daytime sleeper. She sleeps maybe 30 minutes at a time still.

Things are a bit better round here. Zachary is feeling a touch better. We are getting a new antibiotic after about an hour of trying to get him to take that stupid amoxicillion (sp?). When he would have to take it as a baby, he would throw up after every dose. A night.mare.

Well, it isn't that much different this time around. Last time we got it in a liquid and had to add water to it for him to be able to stomach it. This time we were brilliant and got it in chewable tablets. Note to self: Do not get something that makes your child gag that he then has to CHEW UP and totally taste. Plus, the whole getting stuck in his teeth thing activated the gag reflex, not good, not good. So we mixed it with applesauce, which masked it, but to someone with his...ahem...sensitivity to this medicine, well, not good not good at all. I broke it up for him to swallow whole. No, he might be able to taste a little of it. I wrapped it in cheese. No, he could see a teeny tiny bit of it which meant that it might maybe touch his tongue. So forget it, just get another flippin' antibiotic for the poor kid!

I have to say though, can you imagine getting the flu AND strep throat at the same time. Poor thing! He is miserable. I have never seen him so sick. :-( And yes, he did get that flu mist stuff before you all think I didn't do my motherly duty. But truthfully? I hate that flu shot crap. I didn't get 1. And apparently, it did Zachary no good to get it.

And it occurred to me yesterday that I didn't post about the girls Dr appointment on Monday. Our pedi said this could last for another week. There really isn't anything she can do. We are giving them cereal with banana and feeding them less formula more frequently. Today was the first time their diapers were anything other than liquid. Ewww!! Sorry!! Abigail has gained 4 oz since a few weeks ago and Olivia has not gained anything. So they are now a little over 2 lbs different in weight.

I usually play along with Way Back When-esday but this may be it for today.

When it pours...

It flippin' monsoons, people. Zachary complained about a sore throat last night and truthfully, I have never seen him more miserable than he was this morning when he woke up. So to the doctor today, ya know, because I hadn't seen her in sooo long. They did a throat swab (not so bad) and a nose swab (not fun at all! Eww!) and the verdict is in. He has the Flu...and Strep Throat. Seriously?!?

So when it rains (my emotional dumping), it pours (girls getting sick), and when it pours, it monsoons with Zachary getting sick. I can almost laugh about it, but it is more like a maniacal crazy laugh with my eye twitching. And before you get your panties in a wad, I am not laughing at the fact my little one is sick, no. Just at the timing of it all. You know, last week was almost easy. And oh yeah, he can go back to school... on Monday. ::sigh::

Ok now for some fun, right? I have to catch everyone up!! So here are a few pictures I wanted to share today about what has helped us to get through the last week.

Lifesaver Zachary who pushed the crying Olivia around and around the downstairs in her walker. She loved it! And more importantly, she forgot about her stomach cramps and her aching teeth.

Here is a close up of her face.
Having fun? or just dizzy?

I say having fun because the second, the very second
he would stop this is what she would do...

Another lifesaver: the exersaucer. They both love it, but Abby can actually turn herself around and play with all the toys. She can make the sounds go and everything! I was so surprised!

And here is a priceless picture I had to include:
Can you say Gerber Baby?

And this what she has started doing on the changing table

She is into everything; the lamp, the blinds, everything
She just twists around sideways and reeeaches her little hands around.

And Olivia started cereal...and she spits it out

And this is how she puts herself to sleep every night.
She pulls her blanket over her face then rubs it between her fingers.
So sweet!!

Alright, you got your cute fix...carry on

Menu Plan Monday

For the most part last week went according to plan, but just got changed up a little. I want to tell about how some of the recipes went last week so I am going to do that first.

Bar-B-Q Chicken on baked potatoes
After the chicken was almost done I drained all the gunk off. I chopped it, put more sauce with it and put it back in the Crockpot for a couple of hours. It was yummy, yummy good. I followed this recipe for the potatoes and they were the best baked potatoes I have ever had, no lie. They were super soft on the inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. I think I used a little too much oil. I used to use foil: NO MORE!! We ended up with no leftovers and we all wanted more of it, so I will cook more next time.

Brown Sugar Chicken with rice
This was the emotional purse dump day so we had leftover spaghetti, which is fine with everyone especially Zachary who could have it everyday. I will be making this one this next week.

So begins this week:

Monday: Brown Sugar Chicken with Rice
We are so anxious to try this that we are having it first. I got a comment that suggested more sauce so I will up the ingredients because I really want some sauce for my rice. Yummy!

Tuesday: Easy Pizza Pasta Casserole
I actually fixed this last night and halved it. One went in the freezer and one went in the fridge. Super easy!!

Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas
I got this super easy recipe from my friend Sarah.
Pull apart rotisserie chicken and put in into tortillas along with a spoonful of wolf brand chili and cheddar cheese. Roll 'em up and put chili on top along with more cheese. I used two cans of chili. I might try to chop a chicken breast next time. I was pretty grossed out by the whole pulling apart a chicken. Ugh! I made this one last night as well and it is all ready to pop in the oven 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Yep, you can just call me Betty Crocker.

Thursday: White Chili
I have been making this for over 10 years now and I still love it! I am going to double it and freeze the other half for another time. It freezes wonderfully. I did read on Stephanie's Crockpot Blog to add white corn and I am SO doing that this time. Love that idea.

Friday: Tacos
We didn't get to have these last week because the girls got sick and we ended up doing leftovers, so we will have them this week.

Grocery Savings

This was definitely an off week for me. I needed a lot of things that were not on sale. That is just the way it goes sometimes with these things. I also had a little helper with me this week. It is hard to concentrate on everything with a chatterbox with me. Plus, he wanted to add some things to the basket also.

Albertsons:
Spent: $157
Saved: $71
Savings of: 45%

I did not make it to CVS or Walgreens this last week which bums me out because there were great deals to be had there.

Also, some of you posted that you want to hear more about The Grocery Game. This site puts out a list every week that corresponds to the weekly ads. You can choose from many different grocery stores and drug stores like CVS. The list tells you where you can find a coupon to put with the sale. It could be from online or from the weekly newspapers. It also tells you what it considers to be a great deal and to stock up now. With the stockpiling system, you should never pay full price for something. Even if you don't need it now, get it when it is on sale and you have a coupon. When you do need it, it is there for you.

I will say this. It is not a perfect system. I sometimes have to buy something full price when I might have a coupon somewhere for it, but the game didn't see it as a deal worth putting on the list. It does not save me 90%-95% like some people. I average about 50% - 75% every trip. I am spending almost the same amount but I am getting so much more for my money. And it is time consuming. I spend about 3 hours a week shopping, clipping and researching online. But it is worth it to me if it means I am helping keep me home with the girls. And it is addicting. I love going into CVS and leaving with a bag of $100 worth of stuff for $50 plus money I can spend towards my next purchase. And nothing feels better than getting something for free!!

Happy Cooking!

Sunday Show and Tell

So I am going to catch everyone up as much I can before I have to change runny diapers.

I am totally bragging today...

First of all

Another tooth lost. This one was hanging on by next to nothing.

But would he let me pull it? No WAY! So he lost it in the middle of the night last Friday night and swallowed it. This would be the second tooth he has swallowed and the second note to the tooth fairy explaining why his tooth was not under the pillow.

About 6 months ago Gary and Zachary planted his watermelon seeds in a pot inside and when they became too big in the Spring they planted them outside...in my flower bed!! Ok, people, I was not happy when Gary came in and told me he planted them right next to my pretty flowers, I mean, come on. But he assured me that they wouldn't grow and blah blah blah. This summer I noticed that the vines now snaked their way throughout the whole side of my flower garden. Hmph...still nothing will actually grow right? Imagine our surprise when we went outside and this is what we saw.

Close-ups

So we immediately begin watering them more frequently and hope that we will enjoy the fruits of our ignoring labors soon.

Abby rolled over!!! Last Friday!! I have been meaning to post about it all week but just haven't gotten to it yet. She rolled from her tummy to her back and we got it on video! Olivia watched from nearby and didn't look particularly impressed. I tried to get pictures of it but she hasn't done it since because of the whole teething, pooping, throwing up thing.

This is all I have time for for now :-( but more pics of the girls coming soon.

Still Sick

Abby was on the way to being better. She was keeping Pedialyte down and 2-3 oz of formula down at a time. So we thought she could handle a little more before bed, but then she threw up again during the night, so we will go back to doing several oz at a time. She is a little more fussy, but overall she is not bad. She sleeps more and just hangs out with Daddy most of the time.

She did give me a little smile though :-)

Olivia has not thrown up but does has the other end working for her. However, she is constantly crying. The only thing she wants is to be in her Baby Bjorn carrier. I think her teeth are really bothering her right now too on top of being sick, poor baby. I caught her hanging out with Daddy too. I made him smile. He looked like...well...to say we are tired is a huge understatement.

If she feels like I do, then no wonder she is crying. Yep, I am sick as well. It's just all kinds of fun around here. BUT, it will get better, right? Please say yes...

Sara

P.S. See who still has boundless energy? Glad he is not sick, but still...

When it rains...

Yeah, you know. It pours, right?

Abby started throwing up yesterday and finally was able to keep Pedialyte down at about 2:oo in the morning. We have been giving her a little bit at a time and she just doesn't understand why we aren't feeding her :-( She has had had blowout after blowout. So much fun.

Olivia started with the blowouts about 30 mins ago so we are in for a day.

Keep us in your thoughts. Obviously this was not what I have been working on for Friday :-)

Emotional Dump

I dumped my purse. Not my real purse. My emotional one. If you read the comments from my "What's in your Wallet" post, you remember that Gary had a pretty good theory about women and their emotional purses.

He said:
I have a theory on women that relates to purses: when a woman is upset and starts bringing random issues from weeks, months, or years ago into the argument I call it "cleaning out her purse". She is bringing up all of the things that she has tucked away in her purse and something triggers her to start dumping it out. So now men can know why they are getting hit with a comment they said two weeks ago. They just got hit with an old stick of gum from her purse.

Well, it had nothing to do with him, but last night after a truly trying day I did needed to dump a lot of my feelings of inadequacy and frustrations about some things; the state of my body, the constant crying (the girls not me), the frustrations I have with not being able to get out of the house on my own, my guilt over constantly having to attend to Olivia while my little Abby is happy on her own, the fact that there is no room for us down stairs...just so much that needed to come on out. So in true man fashion, he went into "fix-it" mode, which, for once, I really needed. We are going to turn the dining room (my beautiful dining room, sniff, sniff) into a playroom for now. And we developed a plan on how to get the girls on a schedule.

So that's what we are doing today; listening to fussy babies as they try to figure out why they can't have their bottles on demand. I know in the long run it will be better for all of us, so I can handle a few rough days with help from Gary. Surprisingly it is going pretty well, but it is probably just Gary's soothing presence...and I am not even joking about that.

I am working on something for tomorrow. I would like to get my own weekly thing going on Fridays so I am busy busy with that today. Have a great Thursday!

Way Back When-esday - Updated

I am faking it til I make it today. I am feeling very beat down. It is just one of those days that I wonder why God thought I could handle twins. Specifically these two teething, crying, whiny, fussy, high maintenance, hair pulling, 2 minute attention span, can't be put down, but can't sit up but REALLY don't want to lay back in their bouncers or swings, can't be taken outside because of the wind little girls. ::sigh::

So now for the fun stuff: Check out Cheryl's site to see other great way back photos!

Zachary was about 18 months here.

He absolutely loved to read books. We would lay for about an hour and look at books by himself.

And just for the fun of it. When do you think this was taken of me?? I will update tonight and reveal the date. How old do you think I am in this picture. I'll give you a hint: I am not 12 like Gary says I look.

Updated!!
You were right Katie! This was in 2003 and that makes me 26. I know I look a ton younger in this picture. I was actually teaching Kinder and we were having a pow-wow for Thanksgiving. So much fun. This outfit was my mom's girl scout troop outfit that she wore when she was a pre-teen! This was when I was a size 6, smaller than I was even in high school.

And because I would feel guilty if I didn't, here are some early pics of the girls and me in the hospital.

Sara

Very Sleepy Today

I will be posting a Way back When-esday later. We had another night of very little sleep around here and it is starting to get to me. I guess this is the 4 month wakeful period they speak of...Suucks!! Stay tuned.

Tuesday, November 4, 2008

What's in your wallet?

jill jill bo bill dumped her purse and tagged everyone reading, which is me right? I mainly did this out of curiosity's sake. Just what is in my purse? Well...I'll tell ya. It's not pretty. Plus, I just cleaned it out a few weeks ago AND I don't carry it everyday because I have no life and the only place I go without a diaper bag is the grocery store. So it would be worse if I carried it everyday.

So here it is:

So we've got my summer purse
(I swear I am switching to my fall one today)
~~lotion, hand sanitizer, eye drops, Tylenol, my prescriptions, and actual script for a prescription I need to drop off.
~~Babies R Us coupons, lip gloss, credit card carrier I got from Sam Moon, and calendar
~~wallet, matching coin purse from Sam Moon, checkbooks, mirror, pens, extra contact, a mint, a tiny pair of scissors for emergencies, Carmax, a rock Zachary gave me, and movie stubs for "Fly Me To The Moon" where I wish I would have spent my time napping.

Off camera: trash

Ok here we have:
~~Toys R Us reward program I got into, Enfamil checks, coupon holder
~~pictures of the girls and 3 grocery lists
~~like 20 appointment cards from my OB and Peri's, a business card from Zachary's school, sunglasses, band-aid holder, wallet
~~HUGE pile of receipts, list of DVDs I want, phone number of a friend, pill holder, fake $ from Zachary's Sunday School class, note telling me the gate number of a friend I picked up from the airport, mirror (again), yellow ribbon pin, Abreva, Benedryl for Zachary in case he gets stung by an ant (he's allergic), and Tylenol cold.

And do you see an essential purse item that is missing? I'll give you a hint. I can't get far without them...that's right. My keys. Yes, do they stay in my purse so I can find them easily? Nope, they are across the room. I even bought a nifty thingy to hang them on the side of my purse so I don't loose them inside. Do I use it?? Heck, no, that would be easy, right?
And I tag anyone who has a messier purse than I do. Is there one out there? Who wants to take that challenge, hmmm???

Menu Plan Monday

I have to admit, I am a little worried my family will suffer because I am participating in this blogging marathon. So I have decided to play along with Laura over at Organizing Junky. She hosts a Menu Planning Blog Posting every Monday to ease the work of meals throughout the week.

Now this is something that I can benefit from. I am absolutely horrible at planning meals and even worse at following through with cooking them. I know, I am so bad. Gary comes home and cooks almost every night but I hoping to change that now that the haze is finally lifting from my brain.

Funny story break:
I have to put in a funny story here about Gary's family. All of Gary's brothers and their wives were sitting around planning Thanksgiving dinner; who would bring what, etc. We thought it might be fun to all bring something we really like to make or our "signature" dishes. They all turned to me and asked what mine was. I stared blankly back at them for a couple of seconds and as 1, they all turned away from me to Gary and asked the same question. Ha!! They know me too well.

BUT I AM GOING TO CHANGE!! HEAR ME NOW!!

So here it is, my weekly menu plan:

Monday:
Bar-B-Q Chicken on baked potatoes
I am putting the chicken in the crockpot in the morning with the sauce ("my special sauce" as Zachary calls it) and letting it cook all day so it is pull-apart ready to put over the potatoes.

Tuesday:
Spaghetti with salad

Wednesday:
Brown Sugar Chicken with rice
This will be a new one for me to try. I am super excited about it. I got the recipe here.

Thursday:
Tacos - a favorite in our family
When I was pregnant I ate 5 (sigh, I do miss that)

Friday:
Hamburger Helper
I am cheating this day. This is an old stand by and I have a lot of it stockpiled.

Saturday and Sunday we either go to our family's houses to visit or we eat sandwiches or hot dogs, so I am not planning for these days. Gary can take over on the weekends.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Grocery Savings
I am also going to post my savings that I have added up for the past week on groceries. I spoke of how I use coupons combined with sales to save a huge gob of money when I guest posted over at Deb's Postcards From the Edge. I have recently added The Grocery Game to my lists as well. The Grocery Game can be used all over the US. Groceries Dirt Cheap is only a local thing.
Trip to Albertsons:
Spent: $111.18
Saved: $157.94
Savings of: 70%
Great Deals this week:
6 Colgate Toothpastes - FREE!!
3 Dial Soap 3 packs - FREE!!
6 Bic Soleil Razors - .99 ea - was $7.99
3 Duncan Hines Cake Mixes - .38 - was $1.99
among others but these were the best ones
I usually go to Walgreens and CVS but haven't this week so these will be included in next week's savings.
What's on YOUR menu plan for this week? Do you have a favorite recipe? Post it and let me know so I can try it too.
Sunday Show and Tell
Happy Halloween!!
I know they look miserable but really they did great walking around.
Olivia even fell asleep before he got back home.
Here they are smiling in their costumes.
Olivia was more interested in chewing on hers.
Zachary spent his Halloween at his dad's house, so we went around with our neighbors.
Here she is with the girls.
We were stopped over and over by people who were just cooing all over the girls.
We didn't mind a bit :-)
I have read several blogs where this was the case and I am not sure if it was everywhere but we had a surprising lack of trick or treaters this year. We returned home after only a trip around the block because the girls were practically asleep. We didn't want to push our luck. We had maybe 10-12 children. Not sure what that was about. How was your Halloween??
One Year Ago Today...
We put our little embryos into my uterus. We sat together looking at the picture below...
...trying to decide; 2 or 1. Up until this day, we were only putting in 1. period. no questions asked. But dang if they didn't hand us this picture with two beautiful babies on it. If we chose 1, they would put in the embryo on the left because it was the bigger and better of the two. And the other would continue to grow until it reached a stage when it could be frozen. I like to think that Abigail is on the left and Olivia is on the right. At this stage of the process we had no other embryos that were guaranteed to make it to the frozen stage. Even the little embryo on the right was not for sure guaranteed. They told us that if we put 1 in and it did not stick, we may have to start a whole fresh cycle again.
So we sat there holding this picture. We prayed and both felt a peace about putting both in. Gary wanted it to turn into 2 babies. I was just hoping for 1. There are times when I am so overwhelmed with 2 babies and I confess at times I wish there was only one. But then, if I am correct in my thinking of which is which, I wouldn't have my beautiful, fussy, smiley Olivia, who looks at me with such love and devotion it puts a lump in my throat. Or if I am not correct and it would be Olivia we had, then I wouldn't have my sweet, loving, talking Abby girl who laughs at me when I laugh at her and I would never have seen her sweet little smile. I thank God that we did put them both in.
We have 2 embryos that did make it to the frozen stage...and...we have no idea what to do with them. I want them. I really really want them. My mother's instinct cannot fathom destroying, donating, or otherwise not having them in my life. My practical Gary is done. He wants to be able to do things as a family that 2 more children would not allow us to do financially. I know, I can see his point, but how can you look at our girls and not think of those blobs as babies? Who knows...we don't have to decide today. Hopefully it will be clearer when we do get to that point.
I will be looking back on my early pregnancy a lot this month and you get to look back with me.
Also, if you have anything you want me to blog about. Questions, subjects, whatever. Let me know. I will be happy to oblige.
National Blog Posting Month
Ok, people. I am undertaking a huge goal this month. Cheryl gave me the idea. Blogging...every day...for a month. Can I do it?? Who knows but I want to try. And I can thank you for it. I hit a blogging slump for a few weeks there but now that I know I have the readers I am inspired. This may be the push I need to get to writing more. Friday updates may have less in them, but more posts will keep your fix going. Plus, this is a perfect time for me to start this and you can read about why in my first post that I will be posting in a little bit.
