Flu has landed

Olivia has the flu. Poor baby is miserable. We are trying to keep Abby away from her but we figure if she is going to get it, she already has the germ since we feed them from the same spoon, and they steal each other toys and binkies. In a perfect world I would care solely for Olivia and Gary would take Abby, but...well...we all know that's not possible.

So we are disinfecting and sterilizing like crazy hoping we all won't get it. More cuddling and clinging is here and it's not just me that needs it :-)

Pray for us.

I am praying for you. Poor things!! Isn't that one of the hardest things about twins- not being able to devote 100% to EITHER one of them, even when they are sick (I know it is for me)? I'm sure you are doing a great job taking care of your sweet little girls (and boy)! Hang in there!

I have a suggestion to make it all a lot easier, as far as keeping your kids from getting sick. My daughter learned this great program in daycare: Germy Wormy Germ Awareness for Germ Transportation Vehicles ages 2 -7. The kids learn in a mom-invented, safe and drug-free way how to both avoid AND keep from spreading germs. We now no longer play the "pass the germs" game, and we all get sick less often. Check it out!

Give your kids a PLACE to give their germs to, instead of YOU!
