Santa Picture

We had a plan! Olivia is the shy one so we would put her on Zachary's lap on Santa's lap. Maybe she wouldn't realize what was happening. Much to our surprise, Olivia was fine...not smiling, but just fine. Abby immediately started crying. We put her on Zach's other knee, so we could quickly get this picture. Abigail was crying a second before it and after it, but we caught it just right.

For early bedtimes which mean Zachary can
build his tent without worry of destruction.
Snacks are somehow better in a tent.

Much to our surprise, the girls just climbed
right in this morning without destroying it.

We then brought out the real tent

A Week of Thankfullness

Starting tomorrow since it was raining today and all I wanted to do was crawl into bed and sleep. Plus, this was my view most of the day. So I wasn't the only one who wanted to snuggle.

She just wanted to snuggle with me...

And Abby just wanted to vedge it out in her chair

A Sweet Treat

Have you seen these?

We tried them when they first came out this summer,
but found them to be too strong.

BUT...if you melt them just a bit and stir some water with them...

It is finger lickin' good.

And yes, Abby had a spoon, but she just preferred a fork. She also took her bib off. Notice the clean tray and minimal spillage on her shirt.

Olivia knows better than to take off her bib.

Good to the very last tiny bit. She licked it out...really.

We have tried peach and strawberry, but they do have some other flavors. This is a great substitute for ice cream.
